Dead Kitty In The Road Emanating from the living room i hear the cries of my friend in pain. i charge in to see my friend engaged in some twisted act before the flickering flames of the fireplace. Acting quickly i pounce on the intruder digging my somewhat long nails into his flesh, and much to my satisfaction, i draw a trickle of blood from each wound. The intruder seems to dislike this action and jumps up shrieking in obvious pain. i make a hasty retreat to the big chair where i sit and nonchalantly scratch my head in careless anticipation of his counteraction. Turning to me, the intruder begins to approach his hands ready to strangle. My friend intercepts him with a commanding voice and approaches me first. In her little girl voice she asks me if i am jealous. Shooting a glance at my whining victim beyond her, i respond with a purr. David Paine 12/18/88 9:51 pm
